Today, Spicy Horse announced that they will be hosting a level design contest for their game, Crazy Fairies, where the winning design is turned into an actual in-game level. Runners up will win gold for in-game use. The contest is open to anyone willing to participate and follow the guidelines.

The first prize winner gets their level developed and 150 gold for in-game use. Second prize is 100 gold, and third prize is 50 gold.

The rules require the map to be submitted as a .jpg or .png, within a sensible size (eg.. less than 2000×2000). Levels can either be 2D or 3D, and must indicate character size within the map. Strive to make the map “fairytale themed”. There needs to be eight spawn locations, and the name of the map must be 15 characters or less.

There is no limit on the number of entries per person, although only one prize per person will be awarded. Winners will be announced October 29th on the official Spicy Horse website.

For the complete list of official rules visit the contest’s forum post in Spicy Horse forums. The forum post is where entrants need to post their map design to, as well.

Apart from the contest, Crazy Fairies fans can expect a slew of new updates for the game. Spicy Horse revealed plans to add a new tutorial, a new lobby user-interface, new games coming to Armor Games, Aeria Games, and Amazon Free-to-Play, as well as improvements to the game’s economic and clan aspects. Spicy Horse is also working on an Android and iOS version of Crazy Fairies, too.
