Last week, we gave readers an early look at Immanitas Entertainment’s upcoming strategy game, Frozen Hearth.
Today, Immanitas Entertainment announced that Frozen Hearth is now available for voting on Steam Greenlight.
Frozen Hearth is a real-time strategy that is blended with RPG mechanics. The game offers a single-player campaign consisting of twenty levels, co-op included, and of course, a bevy of online multiplayer game modes.
The CEO of Immanitas Entertainment spoke out about Frozen Hearth’s move into Greenlight, “We believe Greenlight offers us the perfect approach to presenting our game to a wide community of gamers. Receiving feedback from players before release that allows us to make adjustments and improvements is very important for us, making Steam Greenlight the ideal partner.”
In the single-player campaign, Frozen Hearth has players battling for the survival of their home world, Amorra, which has been overrun by ice demons. These cold-hearted demons are quickly turning Amorra into an ice-cube and it is up to players to stop them.
For the multiplayer battles, one team consists of the protagonists of the campaign, and the other team gets to play as those icy demons, the Shangur. Each race has eleven unit types like cavalry, archers, and spell-casters.
Readers interested in helping Immanitas Entertainment get Frozen Hearth on Steam should visit the game’s Steam Greenlight page and vote positively for the title. Also visit Frozen Hearth’s official website for additional screenshots and videos.
