Valve was originally only going to approve ten games today, so I’m surprised they doubled that number.

From the press release: “This second wave of titles was originally targeted to include at least 10 titles. Given the number and quality of games submitted, and the ship date of many of the top-ranking titles, the decision was made to increase the size of this group.” Why was it only going to be ten I don’t know, but the more the merrier!

Being an egotist, I am especially excited that so many games we have featured in Limelight were voted in. I can’t wait to play all of them.  You can read about each of them on the Steam Greenlit page.

Congratulations from all of us to those developers who have games promising or popular enough to deserve to be on Steam. And remember to keep reading IGM Limelight for more games to vote for. Maybe next month Valve will approve thirty Greenlight games!
