Indie Gala X

Yesterday, the tenth Indie Gala bundle launched, offering gamers nine titles on a pay-what-you-want price model.

Lead and Gold, Omegalodon, Praetorians, Europa Universalis: Rome Gold, Knights of Honor, Majesty 2, East India Company, Elven Legacy, and Hearts of Iron II: Complete are the games being offered.

Lead and Gold is the game taking center stage in this bundle. The game is a team-based third-person shooter, developed by Fatshark and released in 2010. Lead and Gold is set in the American Old West and features four character classes and six game modes to play. Each character class wields different weapons and abilities. For example, the Gunslinger carries a revolver that can utilize a rapid-fire mode, while Trappers are armed with a scoped hunting-rifle and can drop traps to slow down enemy movement. Lead and Gold holds a rating of 70% on Metacritic.

Indie Gala X purchases less than $1 will receive DRM-free copies of Omegalodon for Windows and Mac, and Praetorians. Spending over $1 gets buyers Majesty 2, East India Company, and a Desura key for Omegalodon. Paying more than the current average gets buyers everything.

Majesty 2, East India Company, Lead and Gold, Hearts of Iron II, Elven Legacy, Knights of Honor, and Rome all come with Steam keys.

Indie Gala X also promises that anyone who pays more than the $5.14 average (at the time of this writing) will have access to secret bonuses that will be revealed next week.

The two charities to benefit from this Indie Gala bundle are AbleGamers and the Italian Red Cross for earthquake relief to the Emilia Romagna region.
