With the gravy train continuing to roll for Richard & Alice, the upcoming PC point-and-click adventure from journalists Lewis Denby and Ashton Raze, we’ve been tickled with a few more details for adventure aficionados to salivate over.
As it turns out, the game will be divided into several different sections, during which both titular characters follow separate paths. We’re also informed that a hitherto unannounced character will also be entering the fray, and you can take a look at him in the screenshot below.
That red-headed sprog is apparently Alice’s son, and what a sprightly little scamp he seems to be. OK, we don’t actually know anything about him, least of all his name, but it’ll be interesting to find out how he fits in with the mutually beneficial relationship between Richard and Alice. For what it’s worth, there are three plates set out on the table in the image above, but to whom does the third belong? Has Richard been a-knocking or is there another character reveal waiting in the wings? Hooray for baseless speculation!
It was just under a month ago that Richard & Alice was exclusive revealed here at IGM in an interview with Denby and Raze, which you can view here. Further information about the game, slated for a late 2012 release, can be found on its official site.
