Developer Team17 has been working on a very anticipated title known as Worms Revolution. It is a turn-based strategy game, and has just released today. The game is deathmatch centered with other modes available to you, and contains 32 different single player missions, along with 20 single player puzzles, online or local multiplayer mission for up to four different players, and also included classes for the worm of your choosing. Worms Revolution is a competitive game full of voice-acted comedy by Matt Barry.
One of the awesome parts of Worms Revolution is that it comes with a Level Editor. As you can imagine, this is going to add a lot of replayability to the game with having new environments that are created by the player to fight to the death in! The game already comes with 4 unique environments, so the addition of the Level Editor is something that really boosts the “fun” of the game. Keep in mind that the Level Editor is something that is exclusive to Steam on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 players will not be able to access this feature.
In Worms Revolution, you have the ability to customize the gear of your worm ranging from a variety of hats, glasses, mustaches, victory dances and much, much more.
Currently the game is priced at $15 USD on Steam, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. If you wish to follow developer Team17 on their future titles, you can watch for them on their Facebook page, along with their home website where bunches of information is posted.
