Guide to win at Martial Arts Brutality

This guide has tips, secrets, and techniques to help you win at Martial Arts Brutality.

The first thing to note is about the gameplay. In most games, you would use key combinations or the mouse or joystick to control the gameplay. This game is different. Here, you need to play a card and then draw the pattern on the screen quickly. The feature Adrenaline in the card is important – the more the adrenaline, the more effective the card. Attack speed is another important feature that helps you attack quickly.

There are 30 cards- 20 of them are for the attack, and ten, defense. The deck composition depends on the martial arts technique. It is important to collect new cards as quickly as possible.

To defend yourself, you need to draw a line against the hand or foot of the opponent that is coming fast at you. You need to draw the line perfectly against the green line to defend yourself. Then hit the red one. This will help you defend and also give you a chance to quickly counterattack using your cards to help you defeat the opponent. Note that, if adrenaline is low, you cannot counterattack.

When you are attacking the opponent, you need to target a body part. Here are some tips to help you with that:

  • You can target the joints. Once you break a joint, that body part is disabled. You can easily disable your opponent’s limbs by targeting his joints.
  • The heart is a single target in the game. The same is with the lung. Dim Mak can target the lungs and heart.
  • The jugular vein on the throat can be targeted if you get the card. Use it effectively; it is a vital target to kill your opponent.
  • Causing multiple injuries is the best strategy. The basic health bar has most of the parts of the body. It is a good initial attack, and great in team games.

When you attack, target a particular area that has already suffered blows. Target repeatedly to cause more damage to your opponent. Quickly choose cards focusing on one area and land repeated blows; this helps you defeat your opponent easily.

Fighting techniques

There are four fighting techniques in the game. Kung Fu is the basic style to learn. When you get the 5th Dan black belt, you can move to the next technique, Karate. Once you achieve the 10th Dan black belt, you will be able to use Taekwondo. Wing Chun is the fourth technique, and it gets unlocked when you get the 15th Dan black belt.

In this game, chi abilities are very important. You will find cards for this; use them to be able to defeat your opponents more easily. Chi is ‘positive energy.' Its opposite is Dim Mak, which is dark energy. Try to harvest Dim Mak as it will help you immensely.

There are two ways to earn cards and build your deck. One is by completing the storyline of the game. The other is by defeating an opponent with more skills than yours. Once you get a new card, you have enhanced techniques and can KO your opponent.

As you earn money, use it to upgrade the cards. This is important! When your cards are upgraded, your blows will cause more damage and help you defeat an opponent quicker.

Do replace your cards. You can do it once in every round. You can do it from the left-top corner of the screen. The martial technique used determines which card you can replace. Make sure you replace the red cards first as these are the ones related to body parts that are damaged and broken.
